Publishing Policies

• The journal accepts research papers from all fields of legal specialization.
• The journal is published electronically on a semi-annual basis.
• The journal does not charge any fees for the scientific publication process.
• Upon acceptance of a research paper for publication in the journal, all rights shall be transferred to the journal. No part of the journal may be reproduced or republished in any form or by any means without obtaining prior written permission from the Editor-in-Chief.
• The journal adheres, in all materials published therein, to internationally recognized publication standards and ethical standards.
• The journal does not accept any research paper that contains ideas that undermine community security, or that involves any form of bias, hostility, ideological extremism, violation of religious beliefs, or contravention of public order.
• The journal provides free and open access to all research papers accepted for publication immediately upon their publication on its website, as part of its contribution to promoting legal culture and advancing research excellence.
• All research papers submitted to the journal shall be subject to screening to ensure compliance with research ethics before being referred for peer review. The researchers shall bear sole responsibility for any plagiarism or academic misconduct contained in their research papers.
• Submission of a research paper, along with its attachments, to the journal’s designated email address shall constitute the researcher’s acceptance of the journal’s publication requirements and policies.
