Publishing Instructions

First: Publication Process :The procedures for publishing research papers in the journal shall proceed according to the following steps:

1. The researcher shall send an email to the Editor-in-Chief, expressing their desire to publish their research paper in the journal, along with their curriculum vitae, to the following email address: [email protected].
2. The researcher shall submit the research paper as a Word file through the designated submission section on the journal’s website.
3. The researcher shall complete and sign the Declaration and Undertaking Form, signed by the researcher and all co-authors, if any, confirming that the research paper has not been previously published, is not currently under consideration for publication, and will not be submitted for publication elsewhere until the peer-review process has been completed. The signed declaration shall be submitted together with the research paper.
4. An initial evaluation of the research paper shall be conducted by the Editorial Board within the first week from the date of receipt, to verify its compliance with the journal’s publication requirements. The research paper shall also be checked for its similarity/plagiarism rate.
5. If there are any comments or required amendments, the research paper shall be returned to the researcher for revision before being sent for peer review.
6. If the research paper passes the initial screening, it shall be sent to two peer reviewers for evaluation in accordance with a review form issued by the journal’s Editorial Board. The peer-review process shall not exceed 30 days from the date on which the research paper is referred to the reviewers.
7. If both reviewers provide negative evaluations, the research paper shall be rejected for publication.
8. If one of the reviewers provides a negative evaluation, the research paper shall be referred to a third reviewer.
9. If the research paper receives positive evaluations from the reviewers, it shall be accepted for publication.
10. The researcher shall make any required amendments based on the reviewers’ recommendations before the final publication of the research paper, within a maximum period of two weeks from the date on which the comments are sent to the researcher.
11. The researcher shall be notified of the final peer-review decision.
12. A Certificate of Acceptance for Publication shall be issued to the researcher.
13. The Editorial Board reserves the right to withdraw its acceptance and publication decision if the researcher fails to make any amendments requested by the Editorial Board or if the researcher is found to have violated research ethics.
14. The research paper shall be published in upcoming issues of the journal according to the order in which research papers are accepted for publication.

Second: Journal Publication Requirements

• The research paper must demonstrate originality, sound scientific methodology, and topical relevance and currency.
• The research paper must be linguistically accurate and written in a clear and sound style.
• The research paper must not have been previously published or submitted for publication to any other entity.
• The research paper must comply with the journal’s formatting requirements, as follows:
• Line spacing must be single (1.0).
• The researcher’s name must not appear anywhere in the body of the research paper.
• The research paper must not exceed 10,000 words.
• The font Simplified Arabic must be used, in 14-point size for the main text and 10-point size for footnotes. Headings must be in bold.
• Page margins must be set to 2.5 cm on the right and left, and 3 cm at the top and bottom.
• The journal publishes scientific research papers with a similarity/plagiarism rate not exceeding 20%.
• The Chicago Manual of Style citation and referencing system must be followed.
• Pages must be numbered starting from the page following the title page, with that page designated as page 1.
• Footnotes must appear on the same pages as the corresponding references, rather than at the end of the research paper, and numbering must be continuous throughout the paper.

Third: Research Paper Structure and Contents

One of the key criteria for the initial acceptance of research papers for publication in the journal is that the paper contains the following essential elements:

• Title Page: The first page shall contain only the title of the research paper and the name(s) of the researcher(s), listed according to each author’s contribution to the research.
• Abstract: The abstract shall not exceed 250 words and must be provided in both Arabic and English. It shall be written in 10-point italic font. At the end of the abstract, 4–6 keywords shall be provided in bold italic font.
• Introduction: The introduction must include the research problem, research questions, significance, objectives, and methodology.
• Research Sections and Contents.
• Conclusion: Including the research findings, recommendations, and proposals.
• References.
• Appendices, where applicable.
